Our after-school club (based in a former convent with the old stained-glass windows intact and featuring a stunning reception hall) is full of discoveries. A homey, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere imbues the entire building, including our attic, where you’ll find our library and studio. We offer a place where children can really unwind after a long day at school.
You’ll be amazed to see some of the arts and crafts and drawings they produce in our studio: we always adapt the supplies and materials to the season, which encourages the kids to get creative in different ways and keeps things exciting and challenging for them. We have a separate corner where the children can play with Playmobil® toys and Barbie Dolls, and in the lab they can even carry out various “scientific” experiments on their own and tend to the pet fish and stick insects. During summer vacations, we also like to cook things up in our kitchen.
Our park-like convent garden is a haven of rest and relaxation: an ideal spot for picnics where the kids can also play around, build tents, and climb in trees. We even have a beekeeper come in to help us take care of our bee hotel. During the summer months, we go on daytrips that provide a mix of education and relaxation, as well as visiting the Wolfslaar petting zoo.
Easily accessible by both car and public transportation, our after-school club is located near the highways to Utrecht and Tilburg.

Library
Time out. A bit of me-time, quietly reading a magazine or book, because there’s a huge choice; from picture books to reading books. Many children climb on the sofa to read a Donald Duck magazine in the afternoon.

Various corners
Children have different interests, which is why we’ve set up various corners. We have a real stage with puppet theater, large and small building corners and even a ceiling-high wooden playhouse including a large kitchen and washing machine.

Huge monastery garden
Playing outdoors isn’t only healthy for children, they tend to learn and play differently than indoors. Our huge garden enables the children to let off steam after school, playing games including soccer, badminton, or softball.

Themed week during vacations
We produce a unique vacation schedule every vacation period with our own activities or we ask someone to give an experiment workshop, for instance. We always offer a huge variety of different activities in our location or on trips out, such as to the playground, strawberry farm or making ice cream at the ice cream maker.
