Kindergarden is viewed by its stakeholders, society, and the regulator as a modern and healthy organization. Our corporate culture is an essential part of this, helping us to remain transparent and act responsibly in everything we do. We have consulted our stakeholders (parent committees, suppliers and landlords) on the structure of our program, and we also involve them in the decision-making process as we go along.
Sustainability Focus Group
The Sustainability Focus Group was launched in 2024. This group of enthusiastic employees has identified feasible ideas that contribute to a sustainable future. The focus group meets several times a year to discuss the progress of sustainability initiatives and share ideas with one another. We draw inspiration from the live sessions, sometimes with the help of external sustainability experts, and we brainstorm on various topics and engage in in-depth discussions.

We want to substantially reduce our carbon footprint, and we have started preparations this year to improve our waste sorting efforts. Our food policy is also focused on sustainability, our vehicle fleet is already almost entirely electric, and we are working hard to improve the energy efficiency of our buildings.
