While we offer two different activities every day, kids also have an opportunity for free play – or they can just lounge around if the mood strikes them. After all, each child has their own individual needs. Our children can brush up their painting skills in the studio or use the microscope in the lab, like budding young scientists. There’s a dressing table where they can put on makeup and raid the perennially popular costume box. The music room features a drum kit and a piano, and we also have a large gym with plenty of space for sports and games, which we use whenever we get a chance.
Our after-school club is adjacent to the Nieuwe Park Rozenburgschool elementary school, and we work closely together with their staff. It takes just one minute to get from the school to the after-school club. Slightly older children travel to the club on their own, while the younger ones are picked up from school. They love that they can play outdoors in their own, familiar schoolyard.
Our after-school club is located near the city center, and (driving on the A16 highway) you’ll pass it on the way to downtown Rotterdam.

Gym
After a day at school it’s great to let off steam in our exercise area. The gym is great for exercise but also for learning to cooperate and play together. This includes dancing, yoga, or gymnastics.

Investigating, experimenting, and discovering; it’s all possible in our laboratory! Children can immerse themselves in biology, physics, chemistry, and technology by doing experiments.

Kids’ kitchen
We have a real Kids’ kitchen that’s been adapted for a child’s height. The children learn chopping, kneading, baking, and working together here. We teach them all about healthy ingredients, working independently and following recipes.

Music room
The children can get to know various musical instruments in our own music room. We explain how they work but, of course, they can try them out for themselves!
